Never arrived called 5x

Wanted this for my granddaughter’s birthday so I ordered it before her birthday and it send delivered twice but sent back because they kept getting the address wrong! Company at the Mailing Department kept forgetting to Put correct address. Very annoying since we kept calling and emailing your company. Hopefully you get better workers at your mailing out room. So thank you!
